Djan Sauerborn

WP2 German ethnographer, UCL/Edgeryders

Djan Sauerborn is the former deputy editor in chief of the pan-European platform Forum.eu. He holds a master’s degree in Anthropology and Political Science from Heidelberg University and has worked extensively on fundamentalism, terrorism and far-right extremism in various capacities in the policy sector, think tanks, and journalism. 

Djan will start a PhD in October 2021 at Cambridge focusing on conspiracy myths, the far right, and religious fundamentalism in the German context.
